Shipping policy

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

We offer worldwide shipping, your country shipping costs will be worked out at checkout.

Standard UK shipping is only £4.99 for however many items you wish to purchase.
Standard UK shipping is free when you spend £70.
Standard UK shipping takes 2-5 Working Days for delivery.  

We also offer First Class Delivery for only £5.99 where we aim to have your items delivered within 1-3 Working Days. This is not a guaranteed service and at busy times it can take longer than 3 working days.

Next Day Delivery - For customers requiring items the next working day or a guaranteed delivery we offer this service. Price for this service starts at £9.99. Please note orders for Next Day delivery need to be placed on the website before 11am to be dispatched the same day.  We use special delivery and 24 hour royal mail service for this service and at the moment we enjoy a high success of 98% of orders delivered the next day.  We offer no refund of postage costs if the next day delivery is delivered the day after expected delivery date.

Only items ordered using the Next Day Delivery service are dispatched the same day, for all other orders please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. Processing time can be longer during busy periods for example in the run up to Eid or Christmas.

Eid Guaranteed delivery service will ensure your item delivery is on or before Eid day.  We do not offer any compensation of items arriving late but we will refund you your delivery charge if it doesnt arrive on Eid.

Shipping time is quoted in working days and we do not dispatch on weekends.  97% of our customers receive their clothes in the same week they place an order.

Shipping times are approximate and can take longer and we do not provide compensation for delays in delivery.
